Residents from our Glyncornel Nursing Home in Tonypandy recently enjoyed a very special afternoon outing to Clydach Lakes. After lots of planning and careful organisation, the team were delighted to take residents on a trip to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. They spent time walking around the lakes, feeding the ducks, enjoying ice creams and soaking up some much-needed fresh air.
