Employee of the Month - September 2026

Congratulations to Daniel Lewis, a Night Carer at Danygraig Care Home in Porthcawl, who has been recognised as our Employee of the Month for September!

Daniel received several nominations from his colleagues, who praised his hard work, positive attitude and the way he always goes above and beyond for both residents and the team.

He’s always ready to lend a hand, support his colleagues when needed and make sure residents receive the care and attention they deserve, whatever the shift. A true team player, Daniel’s kindness, reliability and willingness to help make a real difference at Danygraig.

Well done, Daniel, and thank you for everything you do!
