Meet The Manager
Claire is the Registered Manager at Springfield, having taken on the role in January, 2023. Prior to this, she was one of our Senior Carers within the same home.
Claire has over 20 years’ experience of working within the care sector and during this time, she has supported people within a wide range of different settings.
Claire is passionate about ensuring that residents are treated with dignity and respect, are offered choice and control over how they are supported and are given the opportunity to be as independent as possible. She is never happier than when seeing an individual making progress in achieving their aspirations.
