Jess has been dedicated to the care industry for the past four years. She began her career as a support worker for young adults with learning disabilities in residential settings, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviours.
Over three years ago, Jess joined Danygraig Domiciliary Care, initially working as a carer. Through her hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others, she progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, a position she has now held for over a year.
Jess truly loves her role, as it allows her to continue providing hands-on care while also contributing to the smooth running of the service and supporting her team.
She is currently studying towards her Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, with plans to advance to Level 5, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.
Highly motivated and deeply passionate about delivering exceptional care, Jess takes great pride in her work. She is driven to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of support, always placing their needs at the heart of everything she does.
Janet holds a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Registered Manager.
She has dedicated 45 years to continuous service within Bridgend County Borough Council, including 25 years in management positions across Day Services, Community Services, and Domiciliary Care.
Janet is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of person-centred care, ensuring individuals feel safe, supported, and valued within the comfort of their own home. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to high-quality care make her a trusted and respected leader in the sector.
