Teri's journey within the care sector started at the age of 18, when she discovered a love for her role as a Carer. From the outset, she enjoyed working with and offering support to individuals in need. As Teri continued to work within Care Homes, she progressed into more senior positions and completed her QCF Level 5 qualification.
Since becoming a Care Home Manager, Teri has thrived. She has broadened her knowledge and skills by engaging in a number of training programs and qualifications, including the completion of a Care Practices' course at university level. Continual development is an important aspect of Teri's role.
Teri is passionate about working with the elderly, ensuring resident's needs come first by adopting a people-centred approach.

Elizabeth is a highly dedicated and compassionate social care professional with over 40 years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals across a wide range of care environments. She is skilled in delivering person-centred care, safeguarding, emotional support, care planning and promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing for service users.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with older adults, individuals with disabilities, people experiencing mental health challenges and those with complex care needs. She has a strong ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of care and effective communication at all times.
Elizabeth is committed to providing safe, respectful and compassionate support while maintaining the highest standards of care practice.
