Lisa Jordaan
Business Support Manager
Lisa is an experienced Business Support Manager with over 20 years of delivering high-quality administrative and operational support across fast-paced and regulated environments. She spent 20 years in the civil service, where she managed teams, planned and attended inspections, training events and handled complaints with a strong focus on compliance and safeguarding.
Throughout her career, Lisa has supported Senior Managers directly in delivering organisational objectives, managing projects and developing policies and procedures. Her background also includes experience in education, customer service and youth leadership, gained both in the UK and abroad.
Lisa is passionate about process improvement and working closely with people, taking a proactive approach to ensuring smooth service delivery aligned with organisational goals. She enjoys building strong relationships and bringing out the best in people through effective communication and teamwork.

Business Support Administrator
Susan is an experienced Business Support Officer with a strong background in executive assistance, administration and organisational coordination. Before joining the social care sector, she spent over 25 years supporting senior leaders across retail, manufacturing and creative industries.
At My Choice Healthcare, Susan plays a key role in supporting both operational and strategic initiatives across the organisation. She works closely with teams across the business, from our care home teams and HR to the Leadership Team, ensuring smooth coordination and effective delivery.
Creativity is something Susan loves bringing into her work, she enjoys supporting corporate events and local events at our care homes. She is passionate about using her extensive experience in a role that directly supports social care and makes a meaningful impact.
Talia is a motivated early-career professional with experience in customer service, administrative support and content moderation across different environments. Through her previous roles, Talia has gained hands-on experience managing documents, maintaining accurate records, creating templates and correspondence and ensuring compliance when handling sensitive information. Her work as a Moderator has strengthened her attention to detail, judgement and ability to uphold quality and content standards.
Talia supports corporate administrative tasks, designs documents such as our brochures and works with the team to deliver corporate events. She is focused on building a meaningful and fulfilling career where she can contribute her strengths and continue to grow.
Talia enjoys working collaboratively, contributing to positive team culture and delivering high-quality work with professionalism and care. Driven and eager to learn, Talia is committed to developing her skills further and making a valuable contribution within My Choice Healthcare.
