Meet The Manager
Jane has been a Registered General Nurse for nearly 40 years and held senior positions for most of that time, managing teams in a variety of both Health and Social Care settings.
Jane's background is mainly in acute care looking after critical ill people at end of life in a hospice setting. This knowledge and experience helps her to recognise early warning signs when our elderly residents are becoming more unwell; thus enabling Jane to get prompt medical attention and support so as to prevent them unnecessarily deteriorating further.
Jane is passionate about providing the highest standards of care for elders. Wanting them to enjoy life surrounded by caring people in a safe, warm and homely environment.
She is an advovate for resident's choice, personalised care and believes in supporting people to live their lives fully in the way that they choose.
