Natalie has worked in care for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of nursing and management experience with her having begun her career in critical care before progressing into stroke rehabilitation. She then went on to manage a dedicated stroke ward for four years, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting patients through long-term recovery.
It was during this time that Natalie discovered her passion for long-term care. She has since continued to develop her skills and leadership within this field, bringing a compassionate, person-centred approach to both residents and staff. Natalie is committed to providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.
Dotty has over 35 years experience working in the care sector, as a nurse and also within management. She has worked at Glyncornel for over 2 years as a nurse. Working with every resident with their own unique plan of care.
As a nurse at Glyncornel, Dotty is committed to prioritising compassion and care in her interactions with residents and colleagues. She enjoys working as part of a strong committed team.
