Our Residents Enjoy Music Club with Caerphilly People First

Two of our lovely residents at Springfield House recently enjoyed a fantastic Music Club session run by Caerphilly People First at Fleur de Lys Community Centre.

Caerphilly People First is a user-led organisation that supports people with learning disabilities across Caerphilly County Borough. Through training, information and self-advocacy, they empower people to make their own decisions, raise awareness of their rights and help ensure services are shaped by the people who use them.

For our two residents who both have a real love of music, this was the perfect outing. They had a wonderful time singing along, clapping to the music and enjoying the atmosphere. We loved seeing the smiles on their faces and the happiness that music can bring.

A huge thank you to Caerphilly People First for providing such an inclusive and welcoming group where everyone can enjoy music, make new friends and have fun together.

We think our team enjoyed the session just as much as the residents!
