Employee of the Month - August 2026

Congratulations to Samantha Richards our Employee of the Month for August!

Samantha is the Care Co-ordinator at Towy Castle and was nominated in recognition of the fantastic support she gives to both staff, residents and families. She knows Towy Castle and its residents like the back of her hand and is always willing to help, makes time for everyone and is incredibly supportive to her colleagues. Even when she is busy with her own work, she is always happy to answer questions, offer guidance and lend a hand.
