My Choice Healthcare Shines at the Social Care Top 30/Social Care Leadership and Premier Supplier Awards in London this week

My Choice Healthcare were delighted to attend the Social Care Top 30/Social Care Leadership and Premier Supplier Awards, held at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square on 21^st October, 2025.

We were very proud to celebrate the successes of four of our Leaders, who were finalists in the Social Care Leadership Awards:

• Bethan Evans, CEO | Social Value Leader

• Desley Beaman, Executive Director of Operations | Digital Innovator Award

• Mandy Lanceley, Operations Manager | Quality Assurance Leader

• Nicola Mullins, Operations Manager | Learning Disability & Autism Leader

Desley Beaman was named the winner of the Digital Innovator Award, while Mandy Lanceley received a Highly Commended recognition in the Quality Assurance Leader category.

The judges praised Desley for her exceptional impact at My Choice Healthcare, highlighting how she has transformed the organisation through innovative technology systems that have enhanced care planning, communication, training and record-keeping.
