Mayor Huw David Celebrates the Season with Danygraig Residents!

We were delighted to be visited by Councillor Huw David, Mayor of Bridgend County Borough, on 21st November. He visited our Danygraig Care Home to tour the home and meet some of our wonderful residents, our Managers and our CEO, Bethan Evans. At Danygraig, we provide both residential care in our care home and domiciliary care services in the community.

It was a lovely morning and a great opportunity to share our home, our values and the warm community we have built here at Danygraig. Many of the residents enjoyed a friendly chat with the Mayor before we were joined by a small group of children from Bryntirion Infant School. The children treated us to a fabulous and spirited medley of Christmas songs, bringing so much joy and festive cheer to everyone. This was followed by afternoon tea with homemade cakes and pastries prepared by Gaynor, our fabulous Cook.
