The awards, which took place on Friday 18th October at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel, are a celebration of the Wales care sector and congratulate individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field.
Andrea is relatively new to the social care sector and joined not long after supporting her husband, Jon, who suffered a life-threatening heart attack five years ago.
Recognising the positive difference she could make to others' lives, she joined the team at Springfield Residential House in Giltach, and has since made a significant impact on the lives of residents within the home.
Speaking about Andrea's awards success, Bethan Evans, CEO of My Choice Healthcare, said: "We are absolutely thrilled for Andrea and this well-deserved recognition.
