We were delighted last week to make a donation in support of a local community dance group, Dancelicious No Limits, to help fund new dance costumes for their young performers.
Â
DNL is a community-focused dance school based in Bryn, Pontllaffraith. They are committed to providing high-quality dance education to children from all backgrounds. They aspire to make dance and fitness accessible for everyone and offer classes in many styles: Cheer Dance, Hip-Hop, Commercial Latin and Baton Twirling to name a few. Through the performing arts they help children build confidence, discipline and teamwork - skills that benefit them both on and off the stage.
Â
DNL shared with us that having access to professional, matching costumes significantly boosts the confidence of their dancers as when children feel proud of how they look on stage, their sense of self-worth and belonging grows. It allows them to fully embrace the performance, feel part of the team and carry that confidence into other areas of their lives. For many families the cost of costumes for performances and competitions can be a significant barrier to participation, by donating funds for new, well-fitting costumes, we hope to ensure that every child has the opportunity to perform with pride and equality.

Â
At the heart of our business is a commitment to making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Extending that mission into our local communities is something we care deeply about. We are proud to support initiatives like DNL that foster inclusion, creativity and empowerment for young people.
Â
We wish the team every success and look forward to seeing them shine on stage! ✨
