Employee of the Month - December 2025

We are delighted to announce that our Employee of the Month for December is Mark Potter. Mark is a Carer at our nursing home in Brecon, The Mountains.

Mark has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a true team player. He is dedicated, caring, respectful and is always willing to assist wherever needed. His positive attitude and strong work ethic make a meaningful difference every day.

Through multiple nominations, Mark was recognised by his colleagues for:
