Employee of the Month - May 2026

Huge congratulations to Sharon Hughes, Support Worker from our Luk Ros Residential Care Home, who has been named our Employee of the Month for May.

Sharon consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support. Always full of creativity and enthusiasm, she is constantly thinking of new ways to bring smiles to residents' faces.

Most recently, Sharon transformed the garden into a fun farmyard scene, complete with inflatable animals. The residents have been absolutely delighted and enjoy spending time outdoors together.
