Congratulations to Andrew Mattner, our well-deserved Employee of the Month for January 2026.
Andrew, is a Support Worker at Harewood Park and is a real credit to the home. He is a lovely member of staff who always makes time for our residents, no matter what is going on around him.
A consistent and positive member of the team, Andrew is always open to change and willing to share new ideas that help improve the home for everyone. His rapport with the residents is second to none, and it’s clear how much they enjoy his company and support each day.
