Joanna Crago trained as a Cardiac Nurse in South Africa, where she developed a strong foundation in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. She has worked in the Health and Social care sector for the last 15 years, and has extensive experience working with Dementia and General Nursing residents. Before joining Glyncornel Nursing Home, Joanna is a dedicated home manager with over 10 years’ experience in leading care facilities. Joanna is a dedicated Manager who is passionate about improving resident’s quality of life supporting them to make personal choices centred around the little things which matter to people.
Joanna is passionate about fostering a nurturing environment that prioritises the well-being and dignity of all residents. Joanna works with her team at Glyncornel to ensure that residents receive personalised and quality care. There is a focus on staff development and compliance. Her high priority is the health, wellbeing and dignity of every resident and to foster a culture where staff feel valued and residents feel safe.
In her spare time Joanna likes to spend time with her family, Exploring new destinations and spending time with her
pet dog Poppy.’
Dotty has over 35 years experience working in the care sector, as a nurse and also within management. She has worked at Glyncornel for over 2 years as a nurse. Working with every resident with their own unique plan of care.
As a nurse at Glyncornel, Dotty is committed to prioritising compassion and care in her interactions with residents and colleagues. She enjoys working as part of a strong committed team.
