Louise Kennedy is a CIPD-qualified HR Business Partner with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her career began in recruitment, where she spent a decade developing expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement across a variety of industries.
She went on to specialise in HR within OEM and tier one automotive manufacturing, working closely with leadership teams and employees to foster positive work environments and deliver HR solutions that supported business objectives.
More recently, Louise transitioned into the care industry — a significant change that she fully embraced. While the sector differed, the core principles of good HR remained constant. She enjoyed the diversity, new challenges, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in this field.
Throughout her career, Louise found the greatest satisfaction in making a tangible difference to both the organisation and its people — whether by supporting professional growth, enhancing workplace culture, or navigating complex HR challenges. She has always been passionate about building strong relationships and helping individuals thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.
As HR and Recruitment Administrator, Kor is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all roles within our care homes. She oversees onboarding, compliance checks, and contract preparation, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and fully compliant hiring process.
With four years of hands-on care experience across neuropsychiatric, palliative, dementia, and learning disability settings combined with four years in recruitment and compliance Kor brings both frontline understanding and back-office expertise to her role. Having previously managed VIP services for a global recruitment company and worked in compliance for a specialist nursing agency, she is passionate about raising standards in care recruitment.
Kor is committed to ensuring our candidates are supported every step of the way and that the people we care for are looked after by compassionate, skilled professionals. Outside of work, she enjoys being creative and has a keen interest in skincare.
